Your relationship is intimate. The moments you capture in d8m8 — your photos, your memories, your milestones — are yours. We treat your data with the same respect we would want for our own.

We will never sell your data. We will never use your relationship content for advertising. We will never share what you've entrusted to us without your consent.

We will always be transparent about what d8m8 does, how it works, and how your data is used. If something changes — our pricing, our policies, our data practices — we will tell you clearly and in plain language, not buried in legalese.

If we make a mistake, we will own it and fix it.

We take the safety of our users seriously. d8m8 is designed for consenting adults in mutual relationships. We have zero tolerance for any use of the app to facilitate harassment, abuse, coercive control, or harm of any kind.
