Fair terms.

By downloading, installing, or using d8m8, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of d8m8.

You must be at least 13 years old to use d8m8. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

You may only create one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@d8m8.app.

d8m8 offers a subscription at $11.99/month billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• ·You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• ·Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to their refund policy.
• ·We do not offer refunds directly — all billing is managed by Apple.
• ·Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to use d8m8 to:

• ·Upload content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, or violates others' rights.
• ·Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
• ·Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• ·Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.
• ·Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from d8m8 without permission.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to d8m8 — your photos, memories, and relationship data are yours.

By uploading content, you grant d8m8 a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your partner. We will never use your personal content for advertising or share it with third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including photos.

d8m8 is a shared experience. When you pair with a partner, both of you have full access to the shared couple data including memories, photos, and milestones.

If your relationship ends and you wish to remove shared data, either partner can delete their account. We are not responsible for any disputes between partners regarding shared content.

Your use of d8m8 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it.

All rights to d8m8 — including the app, design, brand, and code — are owned by Patrick Melhem. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license to use the app as described here.

The d8m8 name, logo, and brand are protected. You may not use them without written permission.

d8m8 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, relationship outcomes, or other damages resulting from your use of the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, d8m8 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using d8m8 at any time and delete your account from within the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app. Your continued use of d8m8 after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
